The College of Saint Mary receives a &#8220;C&#8221; grade for Required Equity, Diversity, or Inclusion Courses for Students. Students are <a class="waffle-rich-text-link" href="https://catalog.csm.edu/general-education-curriculum" target="_blank" rel="noopener">required</a> to complete three credits of Global and Cultural Diversity. <a class="waffle-rich-text-link" href="https://catalog.csm.edu/classes" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Course</a> options include:
<ul>
<li>&#8220;Ecoliterature,&#8221;</li>
<li>&#8220;Race and Ethnic Relations,&#8221; and</li>
<li>&#8220;Church and Social Justice.&#8221;</li>
</ul>
However, these courses can be bypassed in favor of options such as &#8220;Ecology,&#8221; &#8220;International Business,&#8221; or &#8220;History of the United States since 1865.&#8221;
