The University of New Orleans receives a “B” grade for Required Equity, Diversity, or Inclusion Courses for Students. The <a href="https://www.uno.edu/general-education/general-degree-requirements" target="_blank" rel="noopener">university</a> requires students to take nine credit hours in Humanities courses. Three of those hours must be <a href="https://www.uno.edu/general-education/course-menu" target="_blank" rel="noopener">courses</a> in Literature while six additional hours must be taken in the Departments of Film and Theater, English, Foreign Languages, History, Philosophy, or Women&#8217;s and Gender Studies.
