The University of Northern Iowa receives a “D” grade for In-State Tuition for Illegal Immigrants. According to the Office of Admissions, in order to qualify for in-state tuition, a student must &#8220;have a permanent home address in Iowa, have lived in Iowa for more than one year, and must graduate from an Iowa high school.&#8221; (See image below).
